In the realm of giving, where hearts intertwine,  

The AFP Code forms a vital design.  

The Association stands, a beacon so bright,  

Guiding the path of philanthropy’s light.  

Since 1964, the Code has paved the way,  

Through timeless principles, guiding our sway.  

In unity bound, professionals strive,  

With integrity’s light, we flourish and thrive.  

Public trust, transparency, values-aligned,  

In every act, a vision is refined.  

No harm shall befall those we serve,  

For we cultivate honour with steadfast nerve.

Conflicts of interest, we openly share,  

Acknowledging boundaries, showing we care.  

Exploiting no ties, we nurture and grow,  

Building relationships where trust can bestow.  

We pledge to comply with the law’s embrace,  

Recognizing limits, we honour our space.  

With honesty keen, our services laid bare,  

Misrepresentation has no place here.
